Our team undertook the ambitious challenge of designing an automatic hard gelatin capsule machine. After four years of research, development, and testing, the first prototype was perfected.
Safrroys commissioned its first turnkey capsule manufacturing project with a fully functional capsule machine. The success and reliability of this machine led to rapid expansion and industry recognition.
Exports began to countries like Bangladesh, South Africa, Malaysia, and Jordan. In-house component manufacturing was strengthened with German machining technology to maintain exceptional quality.
Safrroys moved into a 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art production facility equipped with CNC machining centers, NC boring machines, milling systems, and advanced inspection tools — significantly boosting production capacity.
Launched next-gen 9-bar and 12-bar capsule machines capable of producing 3 to 4 million capsules per day. Our acquisition of R&J Engineering (Canada) combined global expertise, resulting in improved engineering performance and efficiency.
